I have rented office space at 295 Washington Avenue ,Hamden, CT for 10 years. The office space was perfect . More than adequate parking, hallways and bathrooms cleaned daily. Whenever I had concerns related to my office, the landlord responded mostly within hours. On one occasion, I needed a private peep hole in one of the office doors. The work was done within a week. The other renters in the building are friendly and warm. There is almost a sense of a little community. Whoever decides to rent the space I am vacating, will be more than pleased. If I were not relocating to another state be closer to my family, I would continue to rent such a wonderful space.
